Every Sunday afternoon at 3pm
July through February at The Stone
From March to May 2015 John Zorn wrote 300 new tunes collected in a book of music called The Bagatelles. Like the Masada book (only more atonal) the compositions are meant to be interpreted by a wide range of musicians. Every Sunday afternoon for the next six months a stellar lineup of musicians will premiere these pieces at The Stone— with new music at every concert. Come on down!

The Stone is a not-for-profit performance space dedicated to the experimental and avant-garde. All expenses are paid for by the MUSIC itself—through the online sale of Special Edition CDs released yearly on the Tzadik label. Each month a different musician is responsible for curating the programs with 100% of the nightly revenue going directly to the musicians. There are no refreshments or merchandise at The Stone. Only music.
