John Zorn :  Elegy
Cat. # 7302
Released Sep 1995
US Price $16.00

Originally released in Japan in 1992, Elegy, one of Zorn's most important compositions, creates a mysterious world of erotic perversion. Like Spillane, Elegy is an album-length "file-card" composition, this time drawing inspiration from the writings of Jean Genet, and features an unusual collection of some of San Francisco's most interesting musicians.
